1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once it ships with tracking information.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take up to 3–4 days.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected method. We currently ship from the United States using USPS, UPS, and other major carriers.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days within the U.S.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available).
  • Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders over the minimum amount displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on distance and carrier volume.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

If you don’t see tracking updates after 48 hours, please contact us at support@kiddypanda.com.

4. Delivery Issues

  • Lost packages: If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office. If still missing after 3 business days, reach out to us so we can file a carrier claim.
  • Damaged packages: Take photos of both the item and packaging and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Returned or undeliverable packages: If an address error or refusal causes a return, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

5. International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to select international destinations. Delivery times and rates vary based on country and customs processes.

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • KiddyPanda is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once shipping has begun, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders.

7. Preorders & Backorders

Items marked as preorder or backorder will ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Estimated ship dates are displayed on the product page and may change based on supplier updates.
