Refund policy
All sales final with a 7-day inspection window for “not as described”.
Eligible Returns
- Wrong item received (size/color/style differs from order)
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Missing essential parts from a set
- Clearly not as described (title, photos, description)
- Authenticity concerns
Inspection window: report issues within 7 days of delivery. After 3 days, orders are final sale.
Ineligible Returns
- Fit/style preference or buyer’s remorse
- Used/worn items (tags removed, washed, altered)
- Hygiene categories (underwear, socks/hosiery, swim bottoms) unless sealed and incorrect
- Final-sale/clearance items (unless not as described)
How to file a claim
- Within 3 days of delivery, email support@kiddypanda.com (include order #).
- Attach clear photos of the item, packaging/label, and the issue.
- Keep all packaging. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid label or replacement.
Approved returns must show “in transit” within 7 days of label issuance.
Resolutions
- Correct replacement (if available)
- Refund to original payment
- Store credit on request
