Refund policy

All sales final with a 7-day inspection window for “not as described”.

Eligible Returns

  • Wrong item received (size/color/style differs from order)
  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Missing essential parts from a set
  • Clearly not as described (title, photos, description)
  • Authenticity concerns
Inspection window: report issues within 7 days of delivery. After 3 days, orders are final sale.

Ineligible Returns

  • Fit/style preference or buyer’s remorse
  • Used/worn items (tags removed, washed, altered)
  • Hygiene categories (underwear, socks/hosiery, swim bottoms) unless sealed and incorrect
  • Final-sale/clearance items (unless not as described)

How to file a claim

  1. Within 3 days of delivery, email support@kiddypanda.com (include order #).
  2. Attach clear photos of the item, packaging/label, and the issue.
  3. Keep all packaging. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid label or replacement.

Approved returns must show “in transit” within 7 days of label issuance.

Resolutions

  • Correct replacement (if available)
  • Refund to original payment
  • Store credit on request
